These terms cover your use of Kudilo during early access. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to the points below.
The service
Kudilo is a WhatsApp-based bookkeeping assistant. It records the sales and expenses you send it and answers simple questions about your activity. During beta, features may change, be added, or be paused while we improve the product.
Your account
Your WhatsApp number is your account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for the messages sent from your number. If your device is lost or compromised, contact us so we can pause your account.
How we record your records
Kudilo reads the plain text you send and saves what it understands as a sale, expense, payment, or balance. It is not a legal or accounting record. Review your own books regularly. If something looks wrong, message Kudilo to correct it.
Acceptable use
Use Kudilo for the honest operation of your business. Do not use it to store information about other people that is not part of your normal business relationship with them. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
No guarantee during beta
Kudilo is provided during early access on an as-is basis. We will do our best to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular business decision.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using Kudilo at any time by telling us. We can pause or close your account if we believe it is being used against these terms. When the relationship ends, you can ask for an export of your records.
