This notice explains what information Kudilo collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short because short is honest.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address and WhatsApp number you give us. When you use Kudilo through WhatsApp, we also receive the messages you send, the records those messages describe, and metadata from WhatsApp such as delivery status and timestamps.
What we use it for
We use your information to run the service you asked for. That means reading your messages to extract sales and expenses, keeping your records safe, and messaging you back. During beta we may also contact you about product updates and early access. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your records
Your records belong to you. Kudilo staff can access them only when it is needed to operate the service, investigate a problem you raised, or comply with the law. We do not share your records with other merchants or third-party marketers.
Keeping it safe
We store your data with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Kudilo is limited to the few people who operate the service. We review that list regularly.
Your choices
You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any of our messages. Inside Kudilo, type /export to download your records as a PDF, or /data-rights to see your rights under the NDPR, including access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, portability, and complaint. Write to us at privacy@kudilo.com and we will respond within seven days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this works, we will update this page and note the new date at the top. For significant changes, we will also message you on WhatsApp or email before the change takes effect.
